Client records are not released to law enforcement or government agencies unless a valid warrant, subpoena, court order, or statutory authority is provided, or disclosure is otherwise required by law.

6. Serious Threats to Health or Safety

In limited circumstances, we may disclose information without consent where there is a serious and imminent risk to the health or safety of the client or another person, and disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen that risk.

We use encrypted electronic clinical systems, password-protected devices, and secure cloud-based platforms compliant with Australian privacy standards to protect your data from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access.

8. Retention of Records

Records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the last service date (or 7 years after turning 18 for children) as required by law.
